Minor tweaks to the template setup process

  • The Prepare and Send button now reads Prepare Template

  • The second step of the editing progress bar was changed from Set Up and Send to Set Up and Save

  • Visual changes and prompts now appear when assigning roles and specifying CC’d recipients on the invite page

Accessibility of team member documents for team admins and owners

The improved accessibility includes the following:

  • A team owner can access the documents of team admins and members

  • A team admin can access the documents of other admins and members

  • A team member can only access their own documents

Improvements to mini contact cards

The latest fixes include:

  • A clickable name on a card allows users to go to their Contact List and make changes

  • Quickly add a new contact by clicking the corresponding button on a user’s contact card

  • View contact cards for both senders and recipients of eSignature invites

  • View your profile’s contact card

Page reloads not resetting document filters

Keep document filters enabled for the following folders:

  • Quick Filter: Inbox

  • Quick Filter: Outbox

  • Quick Filter: Completed

  • Quick Filter: Drafts

  • Quick Filter: Expiring soon

  • Quick Filter: Favorites

  • Documents + Custom Folders

  • Archive + Custom Folders

  • Templates + Custom Folders

  • Trash

Please note that filters are reset for shared folders.

Introduced enhancements that make the process of uploading documents more straightforward and give users more control over the various upload options.

Manual contact sharing

Share a contact and any associated documents (both signed and sent for signature) with another signNow user. This feature allows team members to save time when transferring contacts and sharing document transactions between each other’s accounts. Shared access to a specific contact can be canceled at any time.

Fillable fields panel redesign

The fillable fields selection sidebar and the “Fill out Myself” section of the editor received multiple UI improvements.

Simplified access to a Document Group’s history

You now have the option to view a Document Group’s history log in most directories, including Documents, Archive, Quick Access folders, and custom folders. This option is not accessible from the Contacts and My Teams menus.

Start user onboarding by creating a template

The updated tooltips now prompt new users to initiate onboarding by creating a template instead of a regular document.

Upload password-protected documents

Upload documents protected with a password one by one or in bulk and unlock them directly in signNow.

Set signer redirects for Document Groups and Document Group Templates

A sender of a Document Group or Document Group Template can now provide a redirect link for a recipient while configuring a signature invite using the Advanced Options menu. The recipient will be redirected to the corresponding URL after completing the Document Group.
