Added the Workflow Settings and Compliance Settings tabs to the Organization Admin Panel

Organization Admins and Moderators can now manage workflow and compliance settings from their Admin Panel without contacting support.

Improved sending and tracking workflow for bulk signature invites

The Documents folder is now the default destination for all completed documents sent via the Bulk Invite feature.

Users are automatically redirected to the Templates folder once a bulk invite is sent.

The process of sending bulk signature invites is now easier to track with a new pop-up that dynamically displays the progress once a user clicks Send Invites.

If an error occurs, the user can click the Retry button to resend documents.

Auto-populate a phone number field for SMS invites and signer authentication

When selecting a signer from saved contacts while preparing an SMS invite or setting two-factor authentication via SMS, the system will automatically pre-fill the phone number field. The user can edit auto-populated data if needed. Auto-population is only available when a phone number is specified in a contact’s details.

Expanded list of available currencies for payment requests via Stripe

All currencies supported by Stripe (Supported currencies) are now available in payment requests. The six most commonly used currencies appear at the top of the dropdown list. Once an eSignature invite is sent, the document owner can see the selected currency on the document card. The selected currency is also visible to the signer during payment.

Updated ‘Thank You’ page

The ‘Thank You’ page has been revamped for users who complete a signing session with redirect parameters enabled.

Apply multiple branding configurations per organization

Create an unlimited number of branding variations for email notifications and signing sessions.

Only one branding configuration can be set as default at a time.

Custom branding can be configured by an organization admin only.

Improved ability to apply multiple branding styles per organization

Improved the preview quality on the invite page when a user chooses to send a signature invite via an SMS instead of email.

Added branding customization to the freeform invite page.

Email preview on Invite Page

All users (including those outside of any Organization) can now preview their signature request email when preparing an invite.

Correction mode for Document Groups

Edit sent Document Groups without canceling an eSignature invite or losing its settings. During the correction process, signers will not be able to access documents. Instead, the status of an invite will appear as “Making Corrections.”

While in correction mode, senders can add more documents or templates to a Document Group, modify the list of recipients and fillable fields associated with specific signers, and pre-set an invite for signers who haven’t signed a Document Group yet.

Recipients who already signed documents cannot be removed, replaced, or edited in correction mode. Additionally, page management is disabled during the correction process.

Signers who were replaced after correction and attempted to access the invite during the correction process will receive a notification that the invitation was canceled.

Improved signing order UI

The signing order customization interface on the Invite Page has been redesigned. Other minor enhancements have also been made to the user interface texts.

Additionally, the Send Invite button now operates under a new logic. Its states vary depending on the setup of the signing order and number of recipients.

Page management actions

Added the ‘+’ button nestled between the pages of a document in the editor. This offers users the convenience of uploading additional pages or inserting a blank page with a click.

Revamped the existing page action menu and enhanced the functionality of the actions contained within it.

Added the ability to rename individual documents within a Document Group.

Added page management for tablets.

Improved datepicker UI

Added Apply buttons to create an intuitive exit point from the datepicker.

Connect Stripe to your account without leaving signNow

Previously, users had to set up their Stripe account outside of signNow. Then, go back to signNow and set up a merchant account. Now, users are instantly redirected to the Stripe onboarding page. They can also disconnect their Stripe account directly from signNow. Additional changes include:

Added payment statuses below active document invites

Payment statuses are now correctly displayed in a document’s history

Improved logic for identically labeled fields

When a user modifies content within a specific field, the system automatically updates all other fields bearing the same label to reflect this change.

If a signer clears the contents of one field, the system also removes the content from all other fields that share the same label.

Added a corresponding prompt for fields with identical labels to enhance the user experience.

Access essential fillable field buttons in the top panel of the editor

The fillable field buttons for both the Fill Out Myself and Edit & Sign options were moved to the action bar in the document editor.
