Set up push notifications
iOS (iPhone/iPad)
Allow at the system level:
Settings → Notifications → SignNow → turn on Allow Notifications. Choose alert style (Lock Screen, Notification Center, Banners), and enable Sounds/Badges as needed.
Android
Allow at the system level:
Settings → Apps → SignNow → Notifications → turn On and enable relevant channels (Invites, Reminders, Status).Tips for reliability:
Settings → Apps → SignNow → Battery → set to Unrestricted (or exclude from optimization). Allow background data and check Do Not Disturb exceptions.
