My Account is your central hub for managing SignNow. From the profile icon (top right) → My Account, you can:
Update personal details and preferences (name, locale, time zone).
Manage Password & Security settings.
Configure Notifications for invites, reminders, and activity.
Connect or disconnect cloud services and other integrations.
View your Organization/Workspace membership and roles.
Review billing/subscription info if applicable to your plan.
You can access these settings on web or in the mobile app (Account tab).
Changes in My Account apply to future activity. Completed documents and their audit logs retain the information captured at the time of signing or sending.
User Profile
General account information is available in the User Profile section.
Personal Information
Full Name: The name shown to recipients and in emails from SignNow.
Default Signature / Initials / Stamp: Set or update your Signature, Initials, and Stamp used when signing. These defaults pre-fill during signing but can be adjusted per document if allowed.
Phone Number: Store a contact number for account and security purposes.
Address: Your billing or business address.
Profile Image: Add a photo for your account presence. Upload an image in JPG, GIF, PNG, or JPEG formats that is less than 5 MB.

Registration Date
The date your account was created (helpful for audits and support).Role in Account
Your current role/permissions within the subscription or organization/workspace (e.g., member, admin). This determines what settings and actions you can access.

Add an extra layer of security to your account by enabling two-factor authentication. Each time you log in from a new device or network, in addition to your password you must enter the authentication code emailed to you.
Default Invite Settings
Set the defaults used for every new eSignature invite (you can still customize each invite before sending).
Invite Email Subject
Your default subject line for recipient emails. Example: “Signature Request from [Sender name]: [Document Name]”.Invite Email Message
Your default message body for recipient emails. Example: “[Sender name] invited you to sign [Document Name].”

Display signNow e-signature ID
When enabled, an e-signature ID appears on signed documents—this applies to files downloaded with or without a history.Date Format
Choose the format used in the audit trail and for default date/time fields placed on documents (options include MM/DD/YYYY (US), DD/MM/YYYY (EU), DD-MON-YYYY (EU)).Delete Your Account
Permanently delete your SignNow account and associated data in accordance with policy. This action cannot be undone. (If you’re part of an Organization/Workspace, ensure any admin/ownership responsibilities are transferred before proceeding.)
Notification Settings
Manage which email notifications you receive from SignNow.
Choose the categories that apply to you: Sender, Recipient (Signer), and CC Recipient notifications.
Check or uncheck specific events (e.g., invites, reminders, completion, declines) to tailor your inbox.
These settings affect only your account. For example, if you enable “You’ve received a document to sign” under Recipient Notifications, you will get an email when someone requests your signature in SignNow. Your choices do not change what other recipients receive.
My Payment Services
Connect a payment service to let recipients pay during filling and signing. Once connected, you can add a Payment field to documents and templates so charges are collected at completion.

Link a supported payment processor to your SignNow account (availability may vary by plan/region).Collect payments in documents/templates
Drag the Payment field onto your document, set the Amount, Currency, and whether it’s Required.Customize per recipient
Assign the Payment field to a specific signer; combine with other fields (name, invoice ID, PO) for reconciliation.Get paid automatically
When the signer completes, the payment is processed immediately by your provider.Receipts & records
Payment confirmations are handled by your provider. Document Audit Logs in SignNow will reflect the payment event.
My Cloud Storages
Connect one or more cloud drives to streamline importing and archiving your documents. You can pull files into SignNow and automatically push signed/completed copies out to your storage. You can choose from and connect multiple services simultaneously: Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive for Business, Box, Egnyte, and DocuShare.
Go to Profile icon → My Account → My Cloud Storages.
Click Connect next to a provider and complete the authorization flow.
Repeat if you need to connect more than one storage to your account.
Exporting to storage
Manual: From a completed document, choose Download/Export and select your cloud storage and with/without History.
Auto-export: Turn on Auto-export in My Cloud Storages to archive every newly signed document automatically.
Integrations
Use Integrations to add SignNow features to the apps your team already uses—so you can prepare, send, track, and archive documents without switching tabs. Go to Profile icon → My Account → Integrations. For integrations that are immediately available, click Install and complete the authorization in the third-party app. Some integrations require a quote or enablement by our team—use Submit a Request and Sales will follow up with next steps.
Audit Trail
Use Audit Trail to review your recent login activity at a glance. From Profile icon → My Account → Audit Trail, you’ll see a chronological list of sign-ins with the device, IP address, approximate location (derived from IP), time, and browser used.
This view helps you confirm that it was really you—on the right device, at the expected time and place—accessing your account. If something looks unfamiliar, act immediately: change your Password in Login and Security and enable Two-factor authentication to protect your account.
