Redesigned required and optional fields

Share a template and its documents

Share a template along with every document created from it.

  1. Template sharing is now possible from the editor or user dashboard.

  2. Once shared, every document generated from a template by any user will become available to all individuals with access to this template.

  3. There are two user roles available: viewer and sender. Unlike the sender, the viewer won't be able to send eSignature invites from a shared template. On the other hand, the sender can create signing links or send bulk invites using this template. Access levels can be modified or canceled.

  4. A shared template automatically appears in the Documents folder. Deleting a shared template results in losing access to it.

  5. A template’s owner can unshare it at any time.

Test payment requests with a basic or medium-tier subscription

Users with an active basic or medium-tier subscription (in which payment requests are not available) can now have hands-on experience with the payment collection feature to determine whether it meets their expectations. Paywalls were removed from the editor to enable users to test payment requests in the sandbox environment. Additionally, users now receive guidance on enabling the feature for their accounts.

Payment requests for Document Groups

Set up a payment request for one of the documents in a Document Group. Only one payment request can be set up at a time. After the request is sent, the user can track the payment status for that document. Any relevant updates will be displayed in the Document Group history.

Leave a message when sharing a document

Attach a custom message when sharing a document with another user.

Automatically adjust the size of fillable fields during a signing session

The sender can now enable the auto-resize option for text fields, full name fields, and email fields.

Removed the ability for unregistered recipients to email signed documents in HIPAA mode

Users who have signed a document can no longer email its copy to other recipients if the organization parameter ‘no_document_attachment’ is enabled. Once the document is complete, the signer can only download their own copy (with or without document history).
