The new Preview Mode
The editor’s constructor allows users to experience the signing session from the signer’s perspective. This feature provides a real-time preview of the document, displaying exactly how it will appear after all required fields are filled and the document is signed. This enhancement ensures greater accuracy and confidence before finalizing the document, enabling a seamless experience for both senders and signers.
Template Sharing and Access Rules
Template creators can now share templates, enabling team-wide visibility and collaboration. When a template is shared, any document created from it will be accessible to all users who have template access, enhancing transparency and streamlined teamwork.
Users with shared access will see the template in their folders, with the option to remove it if they no longer need access. Template owners can also unshare templates to revoke access as needed.
Payment Collection for Document Groups
We've enhanced payment collection capabilities to support Document Groups with multiple documents. Now, payments can be requested from signers in Document Groups configured with “In Order” invite steps, streamlining payment workflows even for complex document sets.
Template owners can also specify or adjust which document within the group will initiate the payment request, allowing for flexible payment setups tailored to each signing session.
ʼComplete QES support for PDF documents via eID Easy
We've expanded the list of compatible QES (Qualified Electronic Signature) providers for multiple countries and enabled integration with new local providers upon customer request.
Collect payments with Document Groups
Include more than one payment request in your Document Group invite.
Current restrictions:
Correction mode does not allow for modifying payment requests
A payment request cannot be enabled for a document within a Document Group that doesn't contain required fields or any fields at all
Auto-saving progress
A draft is automatically saved every 5 seconds
Unvalidated and incomplete inputs are not saved
The Close button is hidden in the More menu
If there is a problem with saving progress (e.g., unstable internet connection or server issues), the “Progress not Saved” alert is displayed, and the signer can retry saving their work
Auto-saving is currently not compatible with signing links
