Сollecting Payments Improvements

We've added a new setting to help organizations manage how members use payment features within SignNow.

Organization admins can now control whether members are allowed to collect payments through SignNow. This setting is available in the Workflow Settings page.

By default, payment collection is enabled. However, admins can choose to restrict access for all organization members.

  • If a user previously sent documents with payment requests before joining an organization that restricts payments, they can still view those requests — but can’t create new ones without an org-level merchant account.

  • If the organization hasn’t restricted payments and no org-wide merchant account is connected, users can still connect their own merchant account at the personal level or use the sandbox environment.

A message will appear in the Replace Recipient modal if a recipient change is attempted on a document with a payment request, and payments are restricted for the organization.

Signature auto-fill for the mobile web

Signers will get a prompt to auto-fill their signature, initials, or stamps during signing sessions on smartphones (the feature is currently unavailable on tablets).

If the signer rejects or ignores the auto-fill prompt, it will no longer appear for other autofillable fields.

Essential Reports: Templates Now Available

  • We’ve added two new reporting pages under All Reports to help track template activity across your workspace:

  • Templates Report – View all workspace templates with key details

    • Template Usage Report – Monitor usage trends, completion rates, and performance

  • Both include filterable tables, CSV export, and user-friendly empty states.

Unified Usage Dashboard

  • For Admins:

    • A summary of the current plan and usage, with progress indicators for invites sent.

    • Breakdown of invites sent by the admin and extra invites used.

    • Ability to export invite data to a CSV file.

  • For Users:

    • View current plan usage, including regular and extra invites sent.

    • Export sent document data to CSV.

  • Tooltips: Helpful explanations on invite limits and usage details appear when hovering over key areas.

This update improves the ability to manage and track plan usage, making it easier to understand invite consumption and usage limits!

Updating the CFR to the standard

  1. Apply “Reason for Signing” at the Signature Level

Updated Workflow:

  • The Signing Reason modal now appears for every signature field, allowing signers to select different reasons for each signature.

  • This modal is displayed only if CFR compliance is enabled.

Document History Integration:

  • Signing reasons are now included in document history for enhanced transparency.

  1. Change the Stamp View

  • A new signature stamp image now appears:

    • In the editor during the signing process.

    • On the downloaded document post-signing.

  • This update ensures a more consistent and professional document appearance.

  1. Add a Stamp Preview in Editing Mode

  • CFR Compliance Requirement: Members of organizations with CFR compliance enabled will see a signature stamp placeholder in constructor mode.

Introducing the Editor role for enhanced document sharing:

  • Allows users to edit shared documents and manage invite settings.

  • Inherits permissions from Viewer and Sender roles.

  • Only one user can edit a document at a time.

  • Other users see a locked state and can request edit access.

Document History Updates:

  • "Last Updated" tooltip now shows who last edited the document.

  • Editor activity is recorded in the Document History modal.

New Onboarding Flow in Editor

We’ve introduced a simplified onboarding tour to help new users send their first document with ease. It replaces the old tutor popups with a 3-step animated guide covering:

  • Adding fields for recipients

  • Filling out and signing yourself

  • Finishing up and next steps
