Freeform invites allow you to send documents without preset fields, giving signers the ability to place their own signatures, initials, or text boxes wherever needed. This speeds up the process for simple agreements or when exact field placement isn’t critical.
Examples of when to use Freeform Invites:
Simple approvals: Collect a quick signature on a basic PDF or scanned document.
Client intake or quick contracts: Let clients fill in only what’s needed without heavy formatting.
One-off forms: Avoid spending time creating templates for documents used rarely or just once.
Freeform invites are perfect for fast, ad-hoc workflows where flexibility matters more than structure.
