Session Inactivity Setup
Follow the steps below to set up the session inactivity timeout:
1. Open your SignNow application and log in to your SignNow account.
2. Open the left-side menu and tap on Settings.
3. Tap on the Security setting at the bottom of the list.
4. Tap on the Require Authentication setting and select a period of time you want the session to be active: Immediately, 1 minute, 5 minutes 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour.
