Editor Role for Collaborative Document Preparation (2/13/2026)
We’ve introduced a new Editor role in SignNow sharing functionality, enabling seamless collaboration during document preparation.
With this update, users can now share a document or template and grant another person full editing rights, including the ability to:
Edit the document and all fields
Modify invite settings and configurations
Send invites on behalf of the sender
Track signing progress and status
This enhancement streamlines team workflows, improves collaboration, and reduces friction when multiple people need to prepare, adjust, or finalize a document before sending it for signature.
Improved SMS Invite Flow (2/2/2026)
We’ve enhanced SMS invites to make invites clearer and easier to customize. You can now edit the SMS message, see a live preview, view updated SMS statuses, and control completion actions directly from the Invite page. Trial users can send one custom SMS before upgrade. Recipients now also receive an SMS when the document is completed.
Multi-Select Fields & Bulk Editing (2/2/2026)
You can now select multiple fields at once and work with them as a single group — move, edit, reassign, copy, or update properties in one action.
