Merged Document Groups for the Sender

Users can now create Merged Document Groups from scratch or by combining existing documents and templates. The improved document selection and editing experience make managing multiple files easier.

Shared Document Groups allow team admins to edit and send invites while team members can collaborate seamlessly.

Signing Session Improvements

  • Added to the header:

    • Invite expiration date

    • Signer information

    • Sender information

  • New in More Actions menu: Electronic Record Disclosure (visible only if consent settings are enabled).

These updates provide a cleaner interface and easier access to essential signing details.

Unlimited Users

While many eSignature vendors continue to use the per-seat pricing model, SignNow’s unlimited users across all paid plans enables users to quickly digitize their eSignature processes across their organization while ensuring that what they pay for is directly correlated with the value they receive from the product—that is, the number of documents they send out for signature.

SignNow’s subscription charges are based on usage, rather than a per-user model. For instance, the Business plan allows for unlimited users under a single subscription, offering significant cost efficiency. This flexibility ensures businesses can scale their operations seamlessly and accommodate team expansions at no additional cost. Moreover, administrators can manage team access effectively by adding multiple seats under one account. This enables multiple employees to access features without needing separate subscriptions for each user, providing administrative convenience and maintaining budget control.

Auto-populate a phone number field for SMS invites and signer authentication

When selecting a signer from saved contacts while preparing an SMS invite or setting two-factor authentication via SMS, the system will automatically pre-fill the phone number field. The user can edit auto-populated data if needed. Auto-population is only available when a phone number is specified in a contact’s details.

Customize the branding of emails for CC'd recipients separately from others.

Reorder documents and set actions upon their completion (e.g., email documents and attachments to all parties).

Note: A Document Group cannot have any pending or completed signature invites.
