Essential reports by users (10/23/2025)
We've improved the Workspace Analytics dashboard to offer more detailed visualizations of document statuses (Pending, Expired, Completed, Declined) and added new metrics.
Key additions include:
Completion rate
Median completion time
Number of active senders
Total recipients
Improved onboarding for Contacts (10/24/2025)
We've made it easier to discover and build your address book. You will now see interactive prompts in various parts of the UI (like recipient lists) that help quickly save and manage contacts as you work.
Self-service SSO configuration (10/29/2025)
IT admins can now easily set up and manage user access to SignNow using their existing Identity & Access Management (IAM) tools.
This update allows admins to grant or revoke access based on hiring or firing and manage multi-seat accounts effortlessly.
Administrators can configure Single Sign-On (SSO) for all users within their workspace using a new unified interface.
Availability: This feature remains exclusive to Site License subscriptions.
Change ownership of files (10/29/2025)
Workspace administrators can now transfer document ownership between users within their organization.
This simplifies data management when an employee leaves or changes roles, ensuring critical documents and templates remain accessible.
Admins can transfer all files, including pending and signed documents, to a new user to maintain workflow continuity.
The feature includes notifications for successful transfers and helps prevent accidental data loss when removing users.
Migration of legacy users to workspaces (10/29/2025)
This update focuses on migrating all remaining legacy users and organizations to the new Workspace model.
The goal is to complete the user transition, ensuring all users are on the new system and have consistent access to all Workspace features.
The migration strategy addresses the unique challenges faced by different user groups to ensure a smooth transition.
Share document groups with viewers and other senders
Added the ability to share document groups for viewing or sending:
Share one or multiple document groups with another user by granting them viewer or sender access.
Only an owner can share a document group. Re-sharing is not supported.
Users can share a document group with any status.
If the user appears to be the signer of a shared document group, the viewer or sender access rights don’t apply.
New company administration level
Introducing a third administrative tier: Company Administration — built for organizations managing multiple workspaces. It aims to provide a centralized interface to oversee users, workspaces, and permissions across the company.
Streamlines management for multi-workspace admins.
Simplifies onboarding for large, complex organizations.
Reduces manual workload for Customer Success and Sales teams.
Supports SignNow’s multi-account growth strategy.
Drives higher efficiency and scalability across enterprise clients.
Unified Usage Dashboard
For Admins:
A summary of the current plan and usage, with progress indicators for invites sent.
Breakdown of invites sent by the admin and extra invites used.
Ability to export invite data to a CSV file.
For Users:
View current plan usage, including regular and extra invites sent.
Export sent document data to CSV.
Tooltips: Helpful explanations on invite limits and usage details appear when hovering over key areas.
This update improves the ability to manage and track plan usage, making it easier to understand invite consumption and usage limits!
