Improved Custom Branding Display on Invite Page
We’ve updated how custom branding appears on the invite page to better support brand recognition and clarity.
Users now see a refreshed view of organization branding when sending invites.
The display varies based on user role:
Org members see branding of the organization they belong to.
Admins see branding for all organizations they manage.
If a user is a member of one org and admin in others, branding from all admin orgs will be shown.
This update helps maintain consistent brand identity across shared documents and invite flows.
Streamlined how Document Group Templates are shared and displayed.
What’s new:
Roles remain unchanged: Viewer and Sender
Shared templates appear under: “Owned by Me” and “Shared with Me”
Sorting logic matches existing template sharing behavior
Bulk access changes now apply across all templates
Sharing a Document Group Template with multiple users automatically shares all contained templates with them
This update makes template sharing more consistent and easier to manage across teams.
Spanish Localization on iOS
We’re improving the experience for Spanish-speaking users on the iOS SignNow app. A new language selection dialog is being introduced for select returning users as part of a localization update.
What’s New:
Language Selection Prompt: Users who registered before April 7, 2025, and open the app with Spanish set as their device language may see a dialog on their first visit to the Folder screen.
The dialog offers:
“Mantener español” (Keep Spanish) – closes the dialog without any change.
“Volver al inglés” (Switch to English) – opens the iOS system language settings so users can manually switch.
When it appears:
On first entry to the Folder screen for selected users.
If the app is opened via a deep link or notification, the dialog will appear after navigating to the Folder screen.
A new “Language” setting is available in the app's settings page, routing users to system settings to adjust language preferences.
This update helps Spanish-speaking users better manage their app language preferences in line with their device settings.
Disabled sender notifications for individual emails working under a specific alias email address
The system will no longer dispatch sender notifications to all individual emails if the Generic Email setting is enabled. Instead, sender notifications will be directed to the alias email address specified by the administrator.
Pre-filled fields
Added the Full Name and Email fields that are automatically pre-filled with corresponding recipient data from the CRM. If the recipient information is not available, the fields remain blank.
The sender can also pre-fill their own name and email address using data specified in their account.
If the recipient or sender data is missing and cannot be pre-filled, the user can manually input information in the fields, and this data will be automatically saved for future use.
Signature auto-fill for the mobile web app
Signers will get a prompt to auto-fill their signature, initials, or stamps during signing sessions on smartphones (the feature is currently unavailable on tablets).
If the signer rejects or ignores the auto-fill prompt, it will no longer appear for other autofillable fields.

Salesforce admins can set up eSignature invites for the following scenarios:
Invites are triggered or canceled automatically based on Salesforce events (e.g., the contract is sent for signature once the Opportunity stage becomes Closed Won).
SignNow events trigger Salesforce events (e.g., after a contract has been signed, a new Order is created in Salesforce).
Send HTML/PDF templates with text tags from NetSuite
NetSuite admins can insert tags for fillable fields (text, signatures, initials, dates, checkboxes, and others) into HTML and PDF templates for document generation. When a recipient opens a document containing text tags, these tags are automatically converted to fillable fields.
