Organization Dashboard Reports

We’re excited to introduce a brand-new reporting experience in signNow that helps your organization better understand and optimize document workflows. The updated reporting tools give you actionable insights into your team’s performance and activity — all in a modern, easy-to-use interface.

With these new reporting tools, you can evaluate how your organization uses electronic signatures and documents, helping you scale processes, optimize workflows, and grow your team confidently.

New ‘Reports’ Section

  • A dedicated Reports menu is now available for Admins and users with reporting permissions.

  • Easily switch between Organization Analytics and Workspace Analytics through a streamlined interface.

  • Quickly access reports across multiple workspaces and organizations where you have permissions.

Workspace Analytics (Overview)

  • Analyze the overall activity within your organization or workspace.

  • Visual dashboards highlight document activity trends, giving you visibility into adoption and usage.

  • New date range filters let you quickly switch between preset ranges (last week, last 30 days, etc.) or choose custom dates.

Leaderboard Report

  • See detailed, sortable user activity reports with metrics like sent documents, signers, and completion rates.

  • Easy filtering by time range and specific user emails.

  • Export data in CSV format for deeper analysis (with paywall reminders where applicable).

  • Tooltips provide clear explanations to help you interpret your data.

  • Improved horizontal scrolling for large data tables.

User Reports (Member Activity)

  • Detailed view of individual team members’ document activity.

  • Access account information and team structures through the Teams & Account Info tab.

  • Updated filters and search functions for fast navigation.

New button for creating a subfolder

Added a more visible button for creating a subfolder in the Documents, Templates, and Archive folders.

Approval workflows

Ensure documents requiring approval proceed to the next signing step only after explicit verification. Assign any recipient as an approver, allowing them to review and approve or decline a document. If a document is declined, it will not proceed to the next recipient.
