Easily monitor your team activity and performance in SignNow through the Reports section. Generate detailed reports to track document status, user engagement, and template usage.
SignNow Reports turns your eSignature activity into clear, actionable insight. At a glance, see how many documents are sent, pending, completed, or declined—and where deals slow down. Drill into user engagement to learn who’s sending, who needs a nudge, and which templates drive the most completions. Slice results by date range, team, user, or template. This guide walks you through where to find Reports, how to build the most useful views, and quick wins to improve time-to-sign and adoption across your organization.
If you are a single user, you can also check and download your personal reports from the My analytics section.
Workspace Analytics
Monitor your organization’s performance with key parameters such as the number of created, sent, pending, and completed documents, along with completion rate and average completion time.
Reports include only activity from users who are Members of the same Organization/Workspace. Ensure everyone you’re reporting on is added as a Member of this workspace.
Reporting data is available from December 16, 2024, onward (feature launch date). Activity before this date isn’t included and can’t be selected in the date range.
Each section will bring the details based on the following characteristics:
Report Metric | Definition |
Created Documents | total number of documents created in the organization |
Sent Documents | total number of sent documents within the organization |
Pending documents | total number of documents pending to be completed |
Completed documents | total number of documents completed |
Completion rate | the rate of organization members' documents being completed compared to documents sent within the selected time period |
Median completion time | the median time for parties to complete sent documents within the selected time period. |

Leaderboard
Check on individual account activity to evaluate the user's needs for invites and see the status of invites sent to a specific signer.
You can generate reports through the Export Report button for all members at once or for each member individually. The completed report will be sent to your inbox directly as an attachment in CSV format.

Documents Report
This section will provide statistics on the following parameters:
Document ID, Document Name, Status, Sender Name, Recipient Email, Sent On (Date), Sent On (Time), Last Activity (Date), Last Activity (Time), Completed On (Date), Completed On (Time), Completion Time.
The information in the report can be:
Sorted by: time range, newest/oldest sent/completed
Filtered by: status, recipient email, sender name, document name
Documents Status Report
This section will provide statistics on the following statuses:
Created
Sent
Pending
Declined
Completed
The information in the report can be:
Sorted by: time range
Filtered by: status, recipient email, sender name, document name
Documents Total Report
This section will provide statistics on the following parameters:
Period Start, Period End, Sent, Pending, Completed, Declined, Completion Rate, Completion Time

By Templates
Templates report
This section will provide statistics on the following parameters:
Template Name, Template ID, Template Owner, Created (Date), Created (Time), Last Edited (Date), Last Edited (Time), Last Used (Date), Last Used (Time), Signer Roles, Other Roles, Documents Included, Pages
The information in the report can be:
Sorted by: time range, newest/oldest used/edited/created
Filtered by: template name, recipient role, owner name
Templates Usage Report
This section will provide statistics on the following parameters:
Template Name, Template ID, Template Owner, Documents Created, Documents Sent, Documents Pending, Documents Completed, Documents Declined, Completion Rate
The information in the report can be:
Sorted by: time range, newest/oldest used/edited/created
Filtered by: template name, owner name
The generated report can be sent to any email address or to the Contact chosen from the existing list in your account.
