Google Drive Integration Improvements
We’re updating our Google Drive integration to meet new Google security requirements. To keep using import/export features:
What to Do
Reconnect your Google Drive account when prompted in the app or via email.
If you don’t reconnect, Google Drive functionality may be interrupted. This update ensures continued access and improved security.
Send Team Invites with a Shared Email + Store Docs in Team Folder
Teams can now set a shared name and email in Team Settings to use when sending invites. This shared email will be used for all invites and notifications (reminders, completions, etc.), helping teams stay in the loop—especially when someone is out.
Key Changes:
Set a shared email/name (admin only)
All invite emails use this info
Notifications go to the shared inbox
Sent documents now appear in the Team folder
Note:
Applies only to invites (not signing links)
Teams must manage the shared email setup themselves
Upcoming Changes to Credit Card Validation
As part of the required process to remove PCI compliance scope and update how credit card details are handled in text fields, we’ve informed impacted users about the upcoming changes.
What's new:
Credit card number validation will no longer occur in standard text fields.
Users should avoid entering payment details in general document fields.
