Redesigned UI for managing recipients

Replaced the existing Manage Recipients pop-up with an alternative UI to improve the overall user experience.

Shared Templates: Sent Docs Now Stay with the Team

To improve collaboration, documents sent from shared templates will now be saved in the team’s shared folder — not in personal folders.

  • Makes it easier for teams to track and manage sent documents

  • Admins can enable/disable this in team settings or the invite page

  • Applies to Workspace Teams, Private Teams, and shared folders

  • ON by default for new teams; members can override per invite

No more confusion or manual moves — just smoother teamwork.

New Essential Reports

We are expanding reporting options with the introduction of a new feature under the analytics section — Essential Reports: Documents. This update is designed to provide more comprehensive reporting capabilities for users.
A new “By Documents” section has been added to Reports, including three new report types:

  1. Documents Report

  2. Document Statuses Report

  3. Documents Total Report

These reports will automatically load data with default filters set to Last 30 days when selected.

Filter Options Available

  1. Date Range Selector

  2. Sort By: Date Sent / Date Completed

  3. Additional Filters: Document status, sender, recipient, and document name (manual entry, no contact list available).

  • A new icon design will be used for the API Dashboard.

  • The goal is to improve the user experience and make it more recognizable for developers.

Added parameters to edit an email subject and message for embedded eSignature invites with delivery_type = email.
