Request a unique password for every signature placed

Instead of logging in with their personal credentials, users are requested to enter a unique password shared by the sender to be able to sign a document. The feature is enabled for SSO users.

Improvements to mini contact cards

The latest fixes include:

A clickable name on a card allows users to go to their Contact List and make changes

Quickly add a new contact by clicking the corresponding button on a user’s contact card

View contact cards for both senders and recipients of eSignature invites

View your profile’s contact card

Team email address and alias

Set up a shared email address and sender name for each team. Allow individual team members to send signature invites under a single alias.


API Releases

Webhooks: New attribute "include_metadata" for the Create Event Subscription webhook

Add metadata to Documents or Document Groups (as described in the documentation for the corresponding endpoints).

Applicable values:

true: add metadata

false: do not include metadata

Remove metadata from a Document Group

Delete metadata for a specific Document Group.

Get a Document or Document Group’s metadata

Retrieve metadata for a selected Document or Document Group.
