The Redirect feature lets you send signers straight from an invite to a page you choose—think checkout, booking a demo, a “next steps” checklist, or a knowledge base article. That means fewer back-and-forth emails, faster handoffs to sales or onboarding, and a smoother experience for your customers.

You can set a redirect URL on your invite (and save it in templates for reuse). Many teams point to payment portals, Calendly/Outlook booking pages, CRM/Onboarding forms, or a thank-you page with instructions. Want to measure impact? Once you set up your form and proceed to the Invite Page, locate the redirect setting in the Actions On Completion settings at the bottom of the page. Toggle the option to enable Redirect After Completion, paste the link that the signer should be redirected to after they successfully sign the document, and click Apply.
Invite Links
To set up redirect on an invite link, click the Create Invite Link button next to the form. Hit the gear icon to open up the remaining settings and toggle on the Redirect After Completion option. Paste the link that your signer should be redirected to and hit Save Link. After setting up your link fully and copying it, hit the blue Done button to close off the pop-up.
Redirect option can be enabled only for individual documents/templates and is unavailable on the invite links generated from document groups and group templates.
Organization/Workspace Settings
Redirect after cancellation setting can only be set globally per organization/workspace. Go to your Organization/Workspace Settings and locate the Redirect after cancellation setting in the Actions After Signing tab. Click the Change button to insert the custom link and hit Save Changes.
📝 New redirect configurations will apply only to new outgoing invites, and will not affect already pending ones.
