Get a Report of Documents Generated From a Template

View and export document details (status, recipients, dates) for audits and KPIs.

A template report shows the full footprint of a template in the real world: who received it, who signed, what’s pending, and when each step happened. It’s invaluable for compliance audits (“prove every employee signed Policy X”), quarterly ops reviews (cycle time, completion rates, bottlenecks), and proactive follow-ups on stalled invites.

After a Bulk Invite or invite-link campaign, the report helps you track outcomes by team, region, or customer segment. It also supports governance—verify that only the latest template version is in use, spot outdated copies, and decide when to retire or redesign. Export to CSV to blend with CRM/HRIS data, slice by dynamic names or Pre-filled Text (e.g., account ID, region), and build dashboards your stakeholders can trust.

CSV Report

Navigate to the Templates folder, click on the three-dot button next to the template you need, and choose CSV Report from the dropdown list.

📝 A new, fresh copy of the CSV will be generated every time you make changes to the report.

View Invites

Navigate to the Templates folder and click the View Invites button under the specific template.

Switch to the Completed Documents Data tab. Use the same Export CSV button or view the invites data directly in your SignNow account. Click the Customize button to add/remove the following parameters:

  • Document ID

  • Document Name

  • Invite Status

  • Sent Date

  • Status Updated Sender
