Your billing access depends on how your SignNow subscription was set up:
Direct SignNow (self-serve web): Billing is managed in your SignNow account (plan, invoices, payment method, renewal).
Mobile app stores (Apple App Store / Google Play): Billing is handled by the store; payment changes, cancellations, and receipts are managed in your store account.
Marketplaces (e.g., SaaS marketplaces): Subscriptions purchased through a marketplace are managed in that marketplace; for changes or invoices, use the marketplace portal or contact their support.
Resellers/partners: If you bought through a reseller, they administer billing. Reach out to your reseller for plan changes, invoices, or payment updates.
Corporate invoiced contracts: Corporate customers paying by invoice should contact their SignNow account representative for billing details, invoices, or adjustments.
📝 Only the subscription owner is able to view, edit, and otherwise manage their subscription's payment information.
Click Subscription in the bottom left area of the My Account section to access the payment information associated with your account.
Switch to the Billing tab to see all invoices associated with the subscription/-s you own. You can edit the invoices for subscriptions purchased through web and download all invoices.
Update your payment method
If you subscribed directly through SignNow on the web, you can update your card yourself: go to My Account > Subscription, open the Payment method tab, and click Update your credit card. Enter your new card details and save — the new card will be used for your next charge.
If a card was added as your payment method in SignNow, it can't be deleted — only replaced with a new one.
📝 Updating the payment method isn’t currently available for subscriptions purchased with PayPal.
Updating your card for App Store purchases
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, your payment method is managed by Apple, not SignNow.
On iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch:
Open the Settings app.
Tap your name at the top.
Tap Payment & Shipping. You may be asked to sign in with your Apple ID.
To add a new card, tap Add Payment Method and scan it with your camera or enter the details manually.
To update an existing card, tap the card and edit its information.
To remove a card, tap Edit (or the red circle) next to it, then tap Remove.
Drag and drop payment methods to change the default, or tap Edit to reorder them.
On a Mac or PC:
Open the App Store app.
Click your name in the bottom-left corner (or Sign In if you're not signed in).
Click Account Settings — you may be asked to sign in again.
Next to "Payment Information," click Manage Payments.
Click Add Payment to add a new card, or Edit next to an existing one to change or remove it.

Updating your card for Google Play purchases
If you subscribed through Google Play, your payment method is managed by Google, not SignNow.
Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.
Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Payment methods.
To edit an existing card: tap More payment settings, select the card, tap Edit, make your changes, and tap Update.
To add a new card: under Add payment method, choose the payment type you want to add.
To remove a card: tap More payment settings, then Remove under the payment method, and confirm.
If you purchased your subscription through the App Store or Play Market and want to switch to a different payment method entirely (e.g., moving to a credit card managed directly in SignNow), you'll need to cancel the subscription in SignNow and purchase a new one using your preferred payment method.
