How you cancel your SignNow subscription depends on your purchase channel:
Direct SignNow (self-serve web): Cancellations are handled in your SignNow account (admin access required).
Mobile app stores (Apple App Store / Google Play): Cancel in your store account; the store controls renewals and refunds.
Marketplaces (e.g., SaaS marketplaces): Manage cancellation in the marketplace portal or contact their support.
Resellers/partners: Your reseller administers billing; request cancellation through them.
Corporate invoiced contracts: Cancellation must be arranged with your SignNow account representative.
Cancellation stops future renewals and usually keeps access until the end of the current term. Refund eligibility and timing are set by the channel (app stores and marketplaces have their own policies). If you’re unsure where you purchased, contact SignNow Support for guidance. For AppStore/ Google Play purchases, refunds must be requested through Apple/Google, and refund policies and decisions are at Apple/Google's discretion.
SignNow Web Cancellation (Self-Serve)
1. Go to the My Account section and switch to the Subscription tab in the left-side panel.
Cancelling a Scheduled Subscription in SignNow (Avoiding Future Charges)
Admin Console users can cancel any scheduled subscription directly to prevent future charges. To do so:
Log in to your SignNow account and open the Admin Console.
Go to the Subscription section.
Under the Scheduled Plan section, scroll down and click Cancel scheduled subscription.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and hit the Cancel your subscription button.
For iOS
If you purchased a subscription on an iOS device, Apple requires customers to cancel subscriptions through the App Store/iTunes.
Please follow the steps below to cancel your subscription:
1. Go to the App Store on your device and tap on your Apple ID avatar on the top right side of your screen.
2. Tap on Subscriptions.
3. Locate your SignNow subscription and tap on it to open subscription details.
📝 If you don’t see a subscription listed, you may be signed in with a different Apple ID. Sign out and sign back in with the correct account.
4. Tap Cancel Subscription and follow instructions to confirm the cancellation.

For Android
If you purchased the subscription directly on the Google Play Store, you will need to cancel it via Google Play as well.
Follow the steps to do it:
1. On your Android smartphone or tablet, open the Google Play Store.
2. Make sure that you’re logged in with the correct Google account. Tap on your account icon at the top right side of your screen.
3. Tap on Payments & subscriptions.
4. Tap on Subscriptions.
5. Select the SignNow subscription and tap on it to open up subscription details.
6. Tap on Cancel subscription at the bottom of your screen, select the cancellation reason, and confirm the cancellation by tapping the Cancel subscription button again.
📝 Refunds for subscriptions purchased via the Google Play Store can be requested by following these steps:
Open the Google Play account page in your web browser or the app on your device.
Navigate to Payments & subscriptions and locate the relevant SignNow subscription purchase in your history.
Use the Report a problem option to submit a refund request. Note that Google manages all billing and refund transactions, and refund policies and decisions are at Google's discretion.
