Audit logs & activity history give admins visibility into who accessed the account, who is assigned to it, and their usage data. Use these reports to support security reviews, internal investigations, and basic compliance evidence—without relying on individual team members to explain what happened.
What you can monitor
1) Last logins (by Workspace)
See the most recent login activity for members in each Workspace to quickly confirm active users, spot unusual inactivity, and support access reviews (e.g., “who hasn’t logged in lately?” or “who just logged in?”).
In the Administration Portal, open the Workspace Members section and click the Export icon located above the members list in the top-right corner.
Select the date range for the “last login” check (the default is 1 month).
Submit the export, then check your email a few minutes later—you’ll receive a CSV with member emails and their most recent login dates.
Members who haven’t logged in during the selected period won’t appear in the CSV.
2) Members assigned to the subscription
View the full list of members assigned to your subscription, including who is currently part of the account.
You can view it in the Administration Portal on the All members page.
You can also open the Subscription Management Portal by clicking on the Subscription section in the left sidebar of the Administration section. It will open in a separate tab, where you can go to User Management and export the list as a CSV.
3) Usage reports
Access usage reporting to understand adoption and activity levels (e.g., volume trends, sender activity, overall usage) by clicking in the left sidebar.
4) File audit log (includes actor emails)
For private and shared files (e.g., Team Space/public files), the file audit log records actions and includes the email address of the person who performed the action.
To open a file’s audit trail, click More (⋯) on the file and select History.
