Copy and Paste Fields Anywhere in the Document (3/3/2026)

You can now copy a field or a group of fields and paste them exactly where you need — on the same page or on a different page — right next to your cursor.

  • Copy single fields or multiple selected fields at once

  • Paste fields on:

    • the current page, or

    • any other page in the document

  • Fields are placed near the pointer, making positioning faster and more precise.

Schedule invites for a future date (3/10/2026)

Schedule eSignature invites to be sent at a specific date and time. Documents will appear as “Scheduled” in the dashboard and can be canceled anytime before they are sent.

Editing a document will automatically cancel a scheduled invite. You will need to reschedule after editing.

Please note that this feature is not available to Business plan subscribers.

Lock prefilled data (3/3/2026)

Added the lock_to_sign_prefill attribute to PUT /document and GET /document endpoints. This attribute controls whether recipients can edit prefilled_text fields. If set to true, the pre-filled data will be locked and the signer will not be able to edit it. If set to false, the pre-filled data will be editable by the signer. Default value is false. Applies to text fields and requires a non-empty prefilled_text parameter.

Hubspot: Custom Actions (3/10/2026)

Custom actions are reusable buttons in HubSpot for your most common signature requests. For example, you can create a Send Agreement button and add it to Contacts. Each time a user needs to send an agreement to a customer, they click the button directly from the Contacts record.
