Template Sharing Interface & Workflow Enhancements

The roles "Sender" and "Viewer" have been renamed to "Can Send" and "Can View" to make permissions clearer.

Users now see a list of recent contacts who previously received access to their templates, making it easier to re-share with frequent collaborators.

When a user without access attempts to view a shared template from an email notification, they’ll see an updated message explaining the lack of access, ensuring a more informative experience.

Notification emails for shared templates have been restructured for clarity. Enhanced redirect logic ensures users are taken to the correct page based on their current access level.

Direct sharing option for single documents

Team members can now quickly copy shared documents without needing to download and re-upload them, enabling faster collaboration and document reuse for repetitive tasks.

Users can now grant their colleagues access to previous document submissions, facilitating easier audit processes and allowing colleagues to review and analyze past results as needed.

Share documents with viewers and other senders

Added the ability to share documents for viewing or sending:

  1. Share one or multiple documents with another user by granting them viewer or sender access.

  2. Only an owner can share a document. Re-sharing is not supported.

  3. Users can share a document with any status.

  4. If the user appears to be the signer of a shared document, the viewer or sender access rights don’t apply.
