Creating templates on the SignNow mobile app (iOS/Android) allows you to turn frequently used documents into reusable forms that can be sent or signed multiple times without starting from scratch. This is especially valuable when you’re working outside the office or relying on a tablet or phone for day-to-day document management.
Practical use cases:
In-person signing: Keep templates ready for clients, patients, or employees to complete and sign on the spot.
Kiosk Mode: Use templates in bulk workflows, like registration forms or surveys, where each signer fills out the same form in sequence.
Mobile workflows: Prepare and reuse templates while traveling or working remotely, so you don’t need a desktop to manage recurring forms.
