Due to GDPR regulations, we’re unable to delete user accounts on your behalf. To remove your account, please log in and follow the deletion steps in your profile. Make sure to cancel any active subscription before deleting your account to avoid future charges.
Once you are logged into your SignNow mobile app, tap on Account on the left side and select Delete Account & Clear Data option.
Once your account is deleted, all stored documents and personal data will be permanently removed. We strongly recommend verifying that you’ve downloaded or exported any important files before proceeding.
