How do I invite users to my workspace?

To invite users to your SignNow workspace, open the My Account section located at the top right side of your dashboard and navigate to the All Members tab under the Administration section.

Enter the user’s email address, assign the appropriate role or permissions, and send the invitation. Invited users will receive an email with instructions to join your workspace.


How do I access legal forms in my SignNow account (USLegal)?

To access and eSign USLegal forms, log in to your SignNow account and enter the form name in the document search bar at the top of the page.

On the search results page, switch to the Forms Library tab. To save a form, click Save to Documents next to the desired form.


Can I use SignNow with cloud services and CRMs like Google Drive, Box, or Salesforce?

How do I transfer my active subscription to another email address?

To transfer your subscription to a new email address, follow these steps:

  1. Create a new free trial account using the email address you want to transfer the subscription to:
    https://app.signnow.com/html/signup

  2. Activate the new SignNow account.

  3. Log in to your existing account and open the Admin Console from the bottom-left corner of the dashboard.

  4. Select Change Email Address for this Account.

  5. Enter the new email address.

  6. Click Submit to transfer admin rights and the active subscription to the new email.
