Yes. The SignNow mobile app for iOS and Android supports offline signing, allowing you to host signing sessions without a stable internet connection.
In offline mode, you can prepare documents, collect signatures, view audit trails, and check document status. Once your device reconnects to the internet, all signed documents automatically sync to the server. If recipients were added, they will receive the documents immediately for completion.
What is Kiosk Mode, and how do I use it?
Kiosk Mode allows you to collect multiple copies of the same form from different signers in sequence. It is ideal for in-person scenarios such as registrations, surveys, or consent forms where each signer completes an identical document. Kiosk Mode is available on iPads and Android phones and tablets.
To use Kiosk Mode:
Open the SignNow app on your iOS or Android device.
Enter Kiosk Mode from the app menu.
Set a passcode to secure Kiosk Mode (this passcode is required to exit).
Configure any advanced signer settings, if needed.
Tap Begin Kiosk Mode and hand the device to the first signer.
After each signer completes and saves the form, a new blank copy automatically appears for the next signer. All completed documents are saved to your Documents folder.
